After a long ageing, let it settle for 2-3 hours before serving. Use large goblets to oxygenate it and open the scents of this great Piedmont's red wine.

Background History

Barbaresco was one of the first names recognised in Italy in '96. Nebbiolo has ancient origins: according to someone, the Gauls were the first ones to be attracted by Barbaritium wine; others think the name comes from the Barbarians who made the Roman Empire fall.
