Excellent wine for fish, perfect for appetizers in general, it matches nicely soft cheese.
Its origins were to be found in the Ligurian lands, from which it would have come here on caravans along the famous salt and oil roads that once connected the hills of Lower Piedmont to the Ligurian beaches.
